Our boxes arrived last Wednesday and we've just finished unpacking them, although I can't say that everything has a new home just yet. We wanted to thank you and your team for your excellent service, all our items arrived safe and undamaged, you took all the stress out of moving house and for that we're very grateful.

Wir sind nach einigen Jahren auf den Kanaren gerade von Teneriffa zurück nach Deutschland umgezogen. Meine Frau Lena hatte recherchiert, welches Unternehmen für uns den Umzug organisieren könnte. Wegen der guten Rezensionen hatten wir uns entschlossen, Worldwide Moving & Storage zu kontaktieren. Zu einem ersten Termin zur Besichtigung des Umzugsgutes erschien der Firmeninhaber pünktlich, in Spanien nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ;-). Das Angebot wurde sofort berechnet und präsentiert und war für uns mehr als akzeptabel. Es war fair. So haben wir gerne den Auftrag erteilt. Die nächste positive Überraschung war die Abholung des Umzugsgutes. Die Mitarbeiter der Firma, absolut pünktlich und sehr freundlich, sprachen fließend Englisch, so dass es keine Verständigungsschwierigkeiten gab. Die Gegenstände wurde sorgsam aufgelistet und verladen. Die Dokumente wurden noch einmal gemeinsam geprüft. So haben wir uns bestens betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt. Darüber hinaus hatte sich noch die Notwendigkeit ergeben, einige Dinge per Luftfracht zu verschicken. Auch hier kümmerte sich die Firma um alles, vor allen Dingen, ohne unsere "Notlage" einen Tag vor unserer Abreise auszunutzen. Dafür besonderen Dank. Insgesamt waren unsere Erfahrungen mit Worldwide Moving & Storage so positiv, dass ich mich gegen meine Gewohnheit entschlossen habe, eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Fazit: ich empfehle den Service der Firma ohne Einschränkung und vergebe gerne 5 Sterne. Wenn es 6 gäbe, auch 6...

We would like to say that the management and crews of this company are excellent and can highly recommend them. Management very helpful in assisting us and the crews are very experienced, efficient, polite, with a professional friendly manner. Hard workers and we could not fault them in any way. We are so delighted to have found this removal company, we could not have selected a better one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We definitely recommend this company. Absolutely outstanding service from all the staff. Great value for money. We stored our personal effects with them whilst relocating to Los Cristianos. Their service was 5 star and couldn't do enough to help us. Special mention for the guys who helped load our van without being asked, also Corné who assisted us throughout the process.

Wir sind im Juli 2020 von Frankfurt am Main auf die Kanarischen Inseln umgezogen. Die Firma Worldwide Moving hat für uns den gesamten Umzug unserer Möbel organisiert inclusive unseres PKW. During the Covid-19 lockdown Worldwide moved our goods from Tenerife to England and we were overwhelmed by the attention, care and trust bestowed on us from the very start of the relationship. We had confidence in the company at the outset and therefore did not have need to consult any other removal firm. We have been rewarded by believing in them. The removal was complicated from the very start of the arrangement, because of the virus, the hotel in which we were staying closing down and arrangements having to be put in place for the company to do its job whilst we were out of the country, but, I am thankful to declare, that they dealt with all complications magnificently and nothing was too much trouble. We have received our goods intact and on time and wish to extend our grateful thanks to Worldwide Moving Tenerife for taking on the responsibility and carrying it our with enthusiasm and professionalism. We used Worldwide Moving & Storage Canary Islands to move from Belgium to La Palma and the service was perfect. Questions are answered within hours and we knew exactly what we had to prepare in order to prevent taxes and extra costs. Don’t look any further if you want a great service and price.

I used this company to move my furniture and personal effects from Dorset to Tenerife. They collected from my mum’s house when I wasn’t there and insisted she sat down while they took care of carefully wrapping everything. The delivery in Tenerife was on time and very efficient and they even put my bed together upstairs. Highly recommend

Saved our bacon!! We had booked another co who were useless, we were very stressed & worldwide took over, repacked everything so well & efficiently, the 2 lads that did the packing & moving were incredible, so quick, efficient & pleasant. Our move from tenerife to england went more smoothly than we could imagine. After clearance etc, our furniture & treasured possessions were delivered & unpacked by 2 more wonderful guys, again so pleasant & helpful. Everything arrived in good condition. "Bedankt voor de goede zorgen". Het is al een aantal weken geleden maar het is echt de moeite om hier een reactie te plaatsen. Wij willen jullie een dikke proficiat wensen voor het super vlotte verloop van onze verhuis. Jullie partner in België, waar jullie mee samenwerken, verdient eveneens een dikke pluim. De jongens van Verhuizingen Meys & Zonen uit Brasschaat hebben bij ons in Kapellen alles met de nodige zorg en voorzichtigheid gedemonteerd, ingepakt en ingeladen in de container. Jullie jongens hebben hier in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, met evenveel zorg en voorzichtigheid alles terug uit de container geladen, de meubelen op de gewenste plaats gezet en terug gemonteerd. Het overzeese transport van onze container konden we zelf volledig mee volgen via een tracking systeem. Onze contactpersoon bij jullie, Colinda Schreuder, heeft ons vanaf het eerste moment een goed gevoel gegeven. Zij hield ons perfect op de hoogte van de toestand. Wij zullen jullie zeker aanraden bij kennissen, vrienden en familie. Nogmaals bedankt !!! Jiri & Blanka

"DANKE" an ein großartiges und sehr professionelles Team von Worldwide Moving. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt wie problemlos die gesamte Abwicklung unseres Umzuges über die Bühne ging. Keinerlei Schwierigkeiten mit dem Zoll und Dank Frau May auch keine Sprachbarrieren. Zusagen wurden immer eingehalten und die Mannschaft erschien pünktlich wie zugesagt. Beim Aufbauen verschiedener Möbelstücke wurden wir hilfreich unterstützt. Zu so einem Team kann man nur gratulieren. " Boss, pass gut drauf auf ". Das findet man nur selten. I moved recently from Denmark to Gran Ganaria. I contacted World Wide Moving and Colinda helped me from the first phone call until some days after the boxes arrived with a follow up on how everything was. They really help you to make the big change in your life as easy and comfortable as possible. All the information I had by phone was confirmed in an email afterwards so everything was very clear to me what and when everything was going to happen. On the day the furniture arrived, 3 friendly guys from the company put all the stuff from the container in the house. Within no time the container was empty and I could start with unpacking. I really recommend this company if you want your removal to go as smoothly as possible. Thanks to Colinda for all your help in Dutch! Thanks for taking the stress of the moving away from me!

I want to tell you that the cartons were delivered to us in a very satisfactory way. I want to emphasise that the packing of our effects was brilliantly done and everything was in perfect condition when unpacked. I would recommend your company at any time.

The packing was superb - nothing broken or damaged - and the clock specialist who picked up our grandmother clock from the store and set it up in our lounge has asked me to send his extreme congratulations and thanks for the quality of the packaging and transportation.
